- Lightweight Design, 4340 Material: Manufactured from forged 4340 material and featuring lightened rod journals for optimized engine performance. Counterweights are fully profiled to ensure precise balance and stability.
- Enhanced Strength: A multi-step heat treatment process and nitriding enhance the crankshafts’ strength and longevity.
- Micro-Polished Journals: Large radius journals are micro-polished to reduce friction and enhance performance.
- Rigorous Quality Assurance: Each crankshaft undergoes stress relief, shot peening, and 100% magnafluxing to meet our stringent quality standards.
- Increase Displacement with a “Stroker” Crankshaft: These cranks feature either the stock 3.543” stroke or an increased stroke of 3.750”, turning your 4.6L into a 5.0L or larger depending on your bore.
